Zhizao is a professional manufacturer of cardboard cat scratchers located in Dongguan, Guangdong, China. We operate a BSCI-audited factory and support FSC and APPA requirements where applicable.
Our factory includes a 10,000-square-metre workshop. For more than 10 years, we have invested in research and development based on real cat behaviour. With an experienced design team, skilled workers and a responsive sales team, we provide an efficient one-stop service for domestic and international clients.
Quality, safety and responsible production guide our work. Our management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015, our environmental practices are reviewed by the relevant authorities, and we maintain test reports for cardboard and adhesive materials against REACH and RoHS requirements.

Founded in Shenzhen
Zhizao was born with a simple conviction: cat scratchers deserve the same manufacturing rigor as any other engineered product. Starting with a small workshop and a handful of staff, we took on our first OEM clients and began building the foundation.
Relocated to Dongguan
Moved to a larger facility in Dongguan's manufacturing hub under the Kinchla brand, tripling production capacity and gaining access to a deeper pool of skilled manufacturing talent and raw material suppliers.
Expanded Factory Footprint
Doubled factory area to meet growing global demand. Added new production lines, expanded the design team to four full-time designers, and formalized our quality management system for international compliance.
Automation Upgrade
Major equipment overhaul — upgraded to automated die-cutting, CNC sawing, and high-speed lamination lines. Capacity now exceeds 300,000 units per month while maintaining the craftsmanship our clients depend on.
Overseas Factory Expansion
Launched our overseas factory strategy to strengthen global supply capability and bring production closer to key markets. This expansion improves delivery flexibility, shortens lead times, and gives our partners a more resilient manufacturing network.
