Raw Material Warehouse
Climate-controlled storage for corrugated board rolls, adhesive drums, and printing supplies. Inventory managed by ERP system with FIFO rotation to prevent material aging.
Temperature & humidity controlled
Die-Cutting Workshop
Multiple automated die-cutting stations running simultaneously. Steel-rule dies precision-machined in our tool room for tolerances within 0.5mm. Handles up to 5-layer heavy-duty board.
Automated die-cutting lines
CNC Sawing Station
For complex curves and organic shapes that flat die-cutting cannot achieve. CNC-controlled sawing delivers the sculptural forms of our L Series lounges and contoured H Series houses.
Multi-axis CNC sawing
Printing Department
In-line printing stations integrated with production flow. Spot-color and full CMYK capability. UV-resistant ink systems for fade-resistant graphics that withstand retail display.
CMYK + spot color printing
Lamination & Assembly
Automated lamination lines for multi-layer bonding. Food-grade starch adhesive applied under controlled pressure for uniform, gap-free lamination. Manual assembly stations for structural products.
Non-toxic adhesive systems
Packaging & Warehouse
In-line packaging stations for shrink wrap, color box assembly, and labeling. Finished goods warehouse with pallet racking and dedicated export staging area for container loading supervision.
